There are around 41 practice cases and 51 interactive cases on Uworld and I just don't have the energy to do all of them. What would you guys say is more high yield? I'm running through and it seems most of these are a waste of time as I'm getting the impression as long as you don't kill the guy and get the main points you should be ok.
